La Lièvre: The Lièvre or Lièvre River is a major tributary of the Ottawa River in Quebec, Canada. It flows from north to south roughly following longitude -75.5. The main towns and villages along its course are Ferme-Neuve, Mont-Laurier, Notre-Dame-de-Pontmain, Notre-Dame-du-Laus, Val-des-Bois and its neighbor Bowman, Notre-Dame-de-la -Salette and its neighbor Val-des-Monts, L'Ange-Gardien and Gatineau (former towns of Buckingham and Masson also called the urban village Vallée-de-la-Lièvre).
