03/10/2017. Total time of the route with stops: 08 hours 30 minutes.
Total time of the route with stops since we left "Gorepani" 4 hours and a half.

This day we ate at "Pokhara" after finishing the route.

We had asked at the hotel the previous day what time we should leave the hotel to see sunrise on "Poon Hill". They told us that the ideal thing was to leave the hotel around 04:00. And it took an hour to get there.

The breakfasts at the hotel do not start until 06:00 so we bought a packet of cookies to eat when we got up and then when we got off "Poon Hill" we had breakfast and picked up our backpacks.

In my opinion, it will be necessary to ask what time the sun always rises, depending on the time it will start sooner or later.

So we got up at 03:50 and at 04:05 we were on the move. Without a backpack as we would then go down to breakfast at the hotel. (Same as all the people).

Climb to "Poon Hill" is 1.4km in length and about 350 meters of positive elevation gain. At the hotel they told us that it took about an hour. We took 40 minutes. So at 04:45 we were up. It did not start until about 05:20. But honestly I think it's a good option to go up early to get a good site, because a lot of people come up.

The climb is by road with stone stairs. THE RISE HAS A PRICE OF 50 RUPIAS (0.42 €) PER PERSON.

Once in the viewpoint you can see the sunrise, very beautiful. We also found a sea of clouds in the low areas.

After contemplating the sunrise. Around 06:30 we went down to the hotel, since we had breakfast at 07:00.

We have breakfast at the hotel and take the backpacks. And at 08:00 we started the road to "Bhirentani".

The route goes through a kind of tropical forest, with a lot of humidity, abundant vegetation, many moss, ...

The route from "Gorepani" is steadily downhill first by way of rock stairs until you reach "Hile". Once in this town, the slope softens and the route is by track.

At 12:30 we arrived at "Bhirentani" where the route ends and the "Annapurna Circuit".

WE HAVE COMPLETED COMPLETE THE COMPLETE "ANNAPURNA CIRCUIT".

Our initial idea was once we reached "Bhirentani" to continue walking two kilometers to "Naya Pul". And there take a bus to "Pokhara".

From "Bhirentani" to "Naya Pul" there is a distance of about two kilometers.

BUT ONCE IN "BHIRENTANI" A TAXISTS APPROACHED US AND WE COME TO TAKE YOU TO "POKHARA". Finally we took the taxi and went straight to "Pokhara" for 6,000 Rupees (€ 50.00). That being two, we had to pay € 25 each.

To realize about 45 kilometers of distance that exists between both cities in about 2 hours. To get to "Pokhara" about 2:30 pm, just to find a restaurant to eat.

THE STAGES OF OUR ROUTE WERE THE FOLLOWING:

Day 1. Besi Sahar - Chame (JEEP)
If it were done walking could be done in two or three days.
There is an option to go by local bus from "Besi Sahar to Bhulbhule" (9 kilometers away). Said bus leaves early in the morning.

Day 2. Chame - Upper Pisang

Day 3. Upper Pisang - Manang

Day 4. Acclimatization. Manang - Ice Lake - Manang

Day 5. Manang - Thorong Pedi
Performing this route in a single day is an error. This route must be completed in two days for the theme of Acclimatization. The ideal would have been "Manang - Yak Kharka" and "Yak Kharka - Thorong Pedi"

Day 6. Thorong Pedi - Yak Khraka
This day we retreated as a precaution to feel several symptoms of "Altitude sickness." When descending the 500 meters that exists between a population and another one, the symptoms disappeared and the following day we continued the march with normality.

Day 7. Yak Kharka - Thorong Pedi

Day 8. Thorong I asked - Thorong La - Muktinath

Day 9. Muktinath - Jomsom

Day 10. Jomsom - Tatopani (MTB)
If it were done walking this stretch would be done in two days. "Jomsom - Kalopani" and "Kalopani - Tatopani"

Day 11. Tatopani - Gorepani

Day 12. Gorepani - Poon Hill - Bhirentani
