Itinerary description
1.5 liters of water that was left untouched - was carried for weight. Perhaps the right amount for climbs between camps.
Windy weather therefore the pink Odlo polar cover.
Had a puffy vest in case of cold and a desire for rest on the way.

Other comments:
I climbed quick to feel the pessure on my thighs and also stretch my leg biceps. Same sensation as when I lead hike in deep snow. Allowed me to focus on breathing.
Coming down I did a fast walk using poles to secure footsteps in the dark. However, felt slight pain the outer part of my right knee. That naughty one that sneaks up on you when you are careless and put wreckless pressure on weak legs.
