This is the NINTH (B) stage of the 13 that correspond to this trek we do in Gokyo: Lukla, Phakding, Namche Bazar (2), Dole, Machhermo (2), Gokyo (2), Machhermo, Phortse, Tengboche, Namche Bazar and Lukla back. October 2022.
This is the second part of the Ninth stage of the trek: once the summit is reached, we will start the return to Machhermo.
ACCESS : From the village of Gokyo.
DESCRIPTION OF THE ROUTE: Simple descent along a rocky path that we already know.
The day is cold and blustery again with mists and some rain, but we are happy that we were rewarded with good views from the top.
We arrive at the well-known Machhermo lodge, have lunch and can rest and go to bed early.
