Circular route from Machherma passing through:

- Chorten (17.1 km)
The normal thing is to go from Machermo to Gokyo town and the next day go to Gokyo Ri and go down to Dhole.
To save a day, to not be cold at night in Gokyo and since we look good, we make a trip from Machermo, where we spend a second night.
