Itinerary description
This is a hike along one of the well-known and well-signposted "klompenpaden" through pastures and farmland just west of Culemborg. This Goilberdingerpath includes a track along the waters ("uiterwaarden" of Goilberdingerwaard) and around a former fortress used in the Dutch "Holland waterline", a defense structure from an earlier century.

At the start right beside another interesting defense structure called "Werk aan het Spoel" you'll find ample parking space and a well-located cafe to finish your day
