Itinerary description

To get to the start point of this walk drive on the N59 from Newport for 7km towards Mallaranny. Take the L54381 road and continue for 2 km approximately until you find a gate on the right hand side. Park here. See photos. Cross the gate and follow the signs for the mass rock. Continue up hill until you get to Bengorm (582m). From here descent and gradual climb towards the highest peak of this hike (711m). Continue the walk along the ridge and descent towards the valley on the left to reach a ridge that leads to the start point. Stunning views of the surrounding valleys can be enjoyed.
