The trail is rated as easy but supposed to difficult.
We walk this nice path today and need approximately 5.30hrs.
From my point of view the level is moderate to difficult. The was down was hard.....

I did this in reverse, found it difficult to maintain path from the beginning especially for the first 30 mins or so but this may have been easier if I done it in the exact route shown. Apart from that enjoyed it, met lots of shepherds and tried to avoid their route to not scare the animals and make it harder work for the shepherd but this isn't easy do. It's an enjoyable hike, thanks for the info.
Good hiking! We made a loop from the bazar. Funny to see how fast you are out of the city surrounded by mountains! We went on the Ali Pasha bridge and then follow goat paths to "catch back" the main trail, which we hardly followed. Better use pants as flora is sharp! A good way to discover another face of Gjirokaster.
nice one
