Itinerary description
The iconic walk starting from the Pyramids day use area is the walk around Bald Rock Creek and the extension through to the junction with Ramsay Creek. The creek winds in and out of the sometimes flowing creek system but mostly rock pools at most times of the year amongst the tall eucalyts that's surround the creek.
The track starts from the pyramids you day use area add precedes across the creek and up before turning left before the turn off to Granite Arch. Along the way wildflowers are present as well as sections that expose the hiker to glimpses of the creek system.
After doing a loop at the junction with Ramsay Creek the track precedes back along it's way out before turning right across the creek and up to the Bald Rock camping area. After a short interlude at Bald Rock camping area the track diverts back away from the camping area back towards Pyramids day use area where you started.
