Itinerary description
|
We go down as fast as we can and when we get to the American camp we find the camp set up. Let's rest. The view of Nelion Point and Batian Peak is spectacular. The glaciers in this band have fallen sharply in recent years, exponentially. So did the glacier that stretched from Lenana Point to the Austrian Hut. It is very cold at night, inside the store we are at 2 below zero. Luck of the sack. We retire early to rest. We finally got some sleep.
