Itinerary description

The trail is not marked yet. It is easy to follow. To avoid getting lost in the forest, Shpati a local is more than willing to guide your way up to the top. His phone number is 0692492440.
The trail can be started at the beginning of the road towards Germenj village. Before reaching the village (200-250 m) take right along the stream. Take right again at one point where the dirt road leads to the left. Once there you have reached a pasture at the bottom of Koziak Mountain. Go around Koziak from the right on a steep section of the trail. From there one can see the west side of Kamenik Peak. Turn right climb up and then along the crest you are on top. Cross the border for a few hundred meters to have a panoramic view of the Vjosa River on the Greek side.
