Itinerary description
Mountainwalk-
The hardest part is getting up to Gergeri. You need transport. It takes about three blocks from Zaros. It's mountain road, but it's paved all the way. Your GPS may suggest some steep and narrow shortcuts. Stay on the wide asphalt.
On one side you get a view down towards Rouva's gorge and later views over the south of Crete and the sea.
