Itinerary description
This picturesque trail follows forest paths and dirt roads around the Pano Panagia area.
The route is reasonably well signposted and clearly defined. The first part is quite undulating but then turns into a steep descent to the old forestry cabin, which is a good place for a break.
It then heads gradually uphill back to the start, ending near the Pano Panagia picnic area. The last short section follows a tarmac road.
There is no food or water on the route so go prepared.
A few short sections of the middle part of the trail have washed out but are still passable with care.
