Itinerary description
This route follows the GR141 to the top of El Hacho, but then returns through the woods and via an old route called Camino Morterete. The section through the woods has no path; you need to head downhill on a gradual descent, until you either reach the main GR141 path below, or you reach a fence ahead. If you reach the fence, just follow it to the left and downhill to a gate where you join the GR141. The section via Camino Morterete has some overgrown sections but is perfectably "doable" if you follow the wikiloc track. Long trousers recommended! This was at a relaxed pace with plenty of time to enjoy the spectacular views.

At the first signpost ahead, DO NOT go right. Instead GO LEFT to the first summit.
It's definitely worth a very short detour to the first summit, which offers fabulous views of Gaucin village.

At this large rock, leave the main path and go downhill to the right. There's no path for this section.
