A stunning walk with spectacular views and not too many climbs making it accessible for most levels of fitness.
Black gates at mid way point were padlocked so had to turn back. Beautiful hike in any case.
Hola, Aurelio: ¿En serio? Pues, gracias.
Hi Aurelio: Really? I'm surprised. But thank you. I wonder if the gates looked as if they're padlocked, but actually you can open the padlock. Or normally you can. Usually these gates are open because people live on the track and need to drive through.
Thanks Elsie. There was a padlock. There was a big family reunion beyond the gate. I wonder whether that had anything to do with it.
Hi - oh, maybe that was why....an Easter Sunday party. Well - thank you very much for the information. I'm assuming this was the black metal gate on the track, after you came down past the Forest Guards hut and the solar panels and after the peach coloured gateposts...... If not, please let me know.
I'll pass on this information to the Town Hall. It's very kind of you to report this - much appreciated.
There have been no reported problems on this route since April. All open and a fantastic route with great views; highly recommended.
Muy bien señalizada
