Itinerary description
Park the car near Galbiate. Follow "via dell'oliva" (which translates in olive oil road, due to the unusual presence of the trees). After few minutes, a steep hike will guide you to the summit of Mt. San Michele. Then, the next stop will be the top of Mt Barro: free hand climbing is required here. Once at the summit, head west to reach the Eremo where you can have a break or even sleep (booking required). Then, follow route 302 that will guide you back to Galbiate and your car.
