Itinerary description
Nice sunny circle hike which at first uses unmarked steep trails, offering cliff views towards west and south, located at the south slopes near Gainfarn and Bad Vöslau.
Can be easily reached in about 45 minutes from most of Vienna by car.
Beware: the first part contains a wild, steep passage that leads you to a steep cliff with marvelous panoramic views. Once you reached the Jubiläumswarte the tracks are "official". Please use official tracks to Jubiläumswarte if you feel insecure.
Wonderful pine forests along the way!
