When you visit Furnas, with their caldeiras, do it a Sunday.
Take a bottle of wine and a sandwich with, and keep your picnic with all
the local.
Sunday are many local family on an picnic trip.

I recommand this hotel with top charakter, everything was superb including the food in the restaurant. There was topservice from Rui Medeiros in the front desk. www.residencialvaleverde.com There was a holy fest for Santa Ane, and the road was decorated with flowers, very nicely. 25-JUL-10
