Itinerary description
Random "trail" me and my girlfriend walked which is unmarked. Many thorny small bushes, not hard to walk between, and sone metal fences, I suppose for keeping livestock away.
It was middle of October and pretty hot but we started at 15:30 which was too late and didn't leave time to go down the peak through nature but instead by road.
The path is circular but I forgot to record the beginning, which is the center of Lefkogia small village.
Use Google maps to navigate, by foot, from the town to the green starting point, which goes around some hill, and you might see some fences which many spiked goat heads and skulls.. nothing to worry about :)
There are a few old rusty fences in the trail and we choose a totally random path, which was not hard at all to get to the beautiful top, but there might be better way to go down, because there was a fence which we had to cross, half way down, and we decided to cross where the fence meets the mountain, where a small gap existed and we managed to pass without backpacks, but be very careful not to get a scratch from the rusty metal.
It was very fun and worth it with many nice viewpoints to the sea and the other side of the mountain, at sunset.
