Itinerary description

This is a route, not a track! It follows the recommended hiking route in both maps Nuuk and Nuuk Kapisillit Austmannadalen. Be aware that you have to find your way! We used the GPS route during our hike from Kangersuneq to Nuuk but we did not track it.

Don't expect to be faster than one mph - no joke! It is one of those experiences we never will forget. It could not be any better. Two weeks out there and seeing not one person, every evening on a lake or at a fjord. It was a special time - thank you Greenland and all, who made sure we could do it!

By boat, organized by greenland.com. We also organized a food depot Qooqqout Restaurant. The people there are very helpful. Best Paul

In how many days did you complete the route?

10 days plus 1 day for Qooqqout, plus 1 day for rest and 2 for climbs

Did you have part of the stock (deposit) halfway (Qooqqout)? How did you get the supplies there?
