Itinerary description
Nice hike heading east of Frigiliana down into the valley of Rio Higueron and up to a peak where a monument called the Cruz de Pinto sits. From up there you have nice views in all directions including Frigiliana and both adjacent valleys and Nerja and the Alborán Sea. According to legend, the monument was built in 1643 by a shipwrecked navigator heading from Verona to Cadiz.
