Itinerary description
Start in Frigiliana and walk up Rio Higueron to start of GR242. Follow towards Nerja Caves then drop down into Rio Chillar. Take shelter in the cave for lunch. Once in the Chillar it is worth going upstream for a while to see the narrows and pools before retracing your steps and continuing all the way to Nerja.
