Itinerary description
Wonderful varied trail which is mostly easy to read. It includes roads, rocky trails, steep ups and downs, mountain trails and views, extended river walks and more. There is one tricky route change going from river to mountain trail; be careful to watch for the carin. It comes after being in the river for about an hour. You go up a fairly hidden trail but once on it, it is easy to follow up the mountain and back down to the river.

Brillant walk - you've done it before. I believe we once followed your trial on the difficult piece in the river!
Once again we've been in Frigiliana at the same time. I hope we should meet there one day.
