Itinerary description
Trail begins in Frigiliana, north of Nerja in the Sierra Almijara mountains of southern Spain. It is split beteen rough trails and some road walking.The views of the surrounding mountains are superb. There is a bar/restaurant in El Acebuchal.
Frigiliana itself can be accessed by local bus from Nerja bus station. Services operate very frequently. You can return from Frigiliana, again by bus at 3.30pm or 4.30pm, or later again should you wish.
