Itinerary description
A great trail that has new maintenance and trail signage, making it more accessible. The ascent has quite a few stairs and some rope climbs at the very end. The we detoured right to go up to Carlas Peak ( an easy 20 min walk). Then we came back and took the route down following the Kim Suah shrine signs. You can also follow the Chee Garden sign but at your own risk as I havent confirmed how good the trail is and the exit is locked at some places. The descent was slippery at some points with dry gravel and leaves on terracing. Go slow. Overall a nice hike with several viewpoints.
