Itinerary description
Day 5- Valley of the Giants to Lake Garawongera 13km (18km with side tracks). Follow Bogimbah Creek to the remains of the earliest logging camp (Petries Camp) then continue along the track to the scenic Lake Garawongera. The lake is only 6km from the finish of the Great Walk but we camped there as the tides didn't allow us to leave Happy Valley and get back to Inskip Pt in time to catch the barge.
