Lovely loop trail offering beautiful views of Ingonish and the Clyburn Brook River.
The first 10' are a bit disappointing because you travel along a path that is too well conditioned, gravel type. But right away things get interesting with the ascent, crossing a dense green forest along a narrow path of stones, roots and the occasional steep wooden staircase.
Attention to the 3rd waypoint (Panoramic of the Gulf of Ingonish) because it is easy to miss it. To see it you have to turn off the road about 15m to the right.
The views at the top are spectacular. Be careful with the cliff because it is well pronounced!!!
The descent back is calm and not complicated at all.
