Itinerary description
Fossil trail. Castelo Branco. Penha Garcia
- short trail, but beautiful trail
- moderate because of loose stones and rocks. It's quite easy to slip while going down (especially during rain)
- the best to do during summer, as there is a nice place to swim and cool off, small waterfall, river. Also shops with souvenirs and local products which are open during summer
- starting point with a small coffee place "café carrasco"
- archaeological elements of fossils, small cave
