Itinerary description
A wonderful walk through open country, alongside two lakes, through woods, with a magnificent roundabout view from the highest point of the walk Roche du Pic.
One could easily start this waqlk from various points, for instance from the info centre of Lac du Pecher with its ample parking places, which is also the start of two learning tracks for children.
From Fortunies it is only a short ride by car to another beautiful viewpoint, the Chapelle Valentine, acessible via a narrow road from the Hamlet of Le Jolan. This chapel has a fantastic view on the plateau de Limon and the Mont Dore chain of Puys.
Very pleasant walking area.
