Itinerary description
A great mix of trails, roads, and powerlines. It's quite easy. There is a hwy crossing, you can either cross straight across to a 300 m rough section or ride the hwy a few hundred meters to get back on the trail. I suggest crossing straight across if there is any traffic.
Shortly after you leave the parking area is a water hole, stay to the edge on the east side (opposite of folly lake side). It's surprisingly deep in the center and drops off fast, especially after a heavy rain. Stay to the side, it's solid and not deep.
It took us about 6.5 hours. You could definitely do it quicker if you wanted to.
