Just 10 feet from cars on return, ranger evacuating everyone due to fires we saw from summit.

Thanks for adding the caves route to wikiloc. I haven't done the Caves yet... Looking forward to giving it a try. Where abouts is the turn off the main trail for the caves route? Is it near the chimney stack climb near the final ascent?

Yes...where you see the fence on the right side around the corner is a large rock with faded red paint on..you head down from there vearing to the right for about 10mins

The section up top that is fenced off is actually the roof of the cave... there is a section that has a hole and why fenced off. It is massive cave...very steep to get right inside it to take photo, but so worth it!! Enjoy 🙂

Hey, I managed to find the caves yesterday. Just wanted to say thanks because it was due to your wikilocs track that showed me something new to explore at Flinders. Best regards and hope you explore many new trails in 2019! ... John
