Itinerary description

This park and wildlife preserve is a very large piece of property with over 4 miles of hiking trails, as well as a beautiful picnic area overlooking a pond lily covered pond. All the trails are well named and blazed. Some are interconnected, others are just a trail which begins and ends at the road. Like most trails there are some major hills to walk up. There are a few GEOCaches located along the trails if you enjoy the thrill of the hunt. The trails are definitely "people friendly" as I have come across a variety of people out enjoying them. So take a lunch and enjoy this wonderful park. Check out my webpage for some general information - www.tomchoma.com - happy trails to all!
