Itinerary description

These waterfalls are both located in the heart of New Brunswick: Fall Brook Falls is one of the province highest, while Trout Brook Falls is a beautiful double tier waterfall. Fall Brook Falls is a 1.5 km hike down a clearly defined trail leading south from an Irving forest road. Stop short of the bridge crossing over Fall Brook and park by trail sign. Without a boat Trout Brook Falls is more difficult to visit; my solution was to paddle an air mattress downstream to the mouth of Trout Brook then hike upstream to the falls.

I used my air mattress to float down river to the mouth of Trout Brook.
