Itinerary description
Hike up from Portsmouth to the end point of the hike and take the track into the green. At the Indian river pick up the route and hike into the mountains, enjoy the views of the bay. The route will pick up segment 11 of the waitukabuli trail, but is need of maintenance. We hiked back and took a right turn. This path will bring you back to the main road following the Indian River.
