Everest Basecamp trek - Day 1 ( Lukla to Mounjo)

We flied from Kathmandu to Lukla to start our trek on 29th Sep 2022.Due to bad weather the flight got delayed by 2 hours. And the most freaking part was the landing at lukla airport. Lukla airport is famous as it is rated as the most dangerous airport in the world🤐

We started our trek from Lukla airport and the trek was of 14.07 km. Starting elevation was 2493 m and the maximum Elevation that we gained was 2833 m.

You will find lot of hanging bridges on the way and whole route was soo scenic...Nature always do wounders...😍

First day of the trek was easy, it's all about enjoying the view and covering the distance.

Also, please dont underestimate the mountains and be prepared for anything....
