A stage between Tengboche and Namche Bazar that allowed us to adorn us with the great energy and vitality that these mountains flow: the lush vegetation again covers the slopes of the mountains, the enormous force of the waters of the Dudh Koshi river sounds like The background music and the large number of people and animals that we encounter when passing the small towns fill us with joy.
The day has two different parts, the first one is a long three-kilometer descent to Phunki Thanga, where we will cross the Dudh Koshi River and the second one that begins with a demanding climb and then continues smoother to Namche Bazar.
The most beautiful part of the day was to enjoy lunch at the Ama Dablam View Lodge restaurant of the Kyangjuma population with the impressive view of Ama Dablam. Having the 'Mother and Pearl Necklace' as a backdrop, being the protagonists, was a unique sensation.
