Itinerary description

I started from way down, aside the road where there are no tracks, just crossing wild areas, fields and one dry river (very steep and sandy). At the beginning of the Mount and the are marked in green on the map I found (with some luck!) a track that goes up the mountain, I think used by people with animals. On the way up I lost the track many times, it's not always easy to see! I recommend to try to stay on it, as I had, for the last 200m of altitude, to climb the sharp and unstable lava rocks, really difficult! On top I found again the tack and I could go back down quite easy, avoiding difficult ways. The last part of the way down is in the middle of a wonderful field of grassland 1,5m high, there is a track but really difficult to see, I did it with the help of a family of locals.
On the flat area I took a unmarked road (not visible on the recording as the battery was down), and walked direction the lake, up to the road with asphalt (are in addition 5-6 Km!) as no car is crossing here.
On the way there is no water, just bushes so few shadow, take care of the sun!
