About eight o'clock, it is no longer
So important to get up early, we started the return to Namche. The truth is that we all have a lot of desire
to begin the descent, the physical loss in all is evident and it is time to rest as you play. We look forward to enjoying a pleasant afternoon of shopping and
coffee shops.
The route starts with a
Pretty vertical descent through a beautiful forest of rhododendrons and pines. The address is towards Phungi Thanga, before
get to the bridge of this town to cross the river we have to pass a control

We take direction to Namche, we can see far from the valley after a
curve where the town is located. The route runs with a pretty profile
level, except the ascent from Thanga in the direction of Kyangjuma.
Here we have a good rise, although the

We have a good rhythm but we are making several stops to enjoy the tour. This path
