As usual in the ski resorts there is a place to park, a hotel with a restaurant and some other service depending on the time of year.
Obviously, in winter the main attraction of the area is skiing.
The route we follow seems to be one of the most popular although we leave it towards the end to lengthen it a bit and thus, in our opinion, make it more diverse. At the beginning we find an information panel with a map of the original route that seems to be intended as a family route.
Along the route a dense pine forest predominates and very rarely our sight can extend outside the forest.
It is necessary to emphasize the black lake or Črno jezero that forms a very interesting and attractive corner where we found information of its previous utility that was the operation of the wood of these forests.
Today the birds abound, with ducks being the easiest to see.
We were also struck by anthills, which are sometimes quite tall, made up of pine nuts and other plant materials.
In our opinion, the route would only be one way, as in order to make it circulate, a forest road is used for the return by which vehicles circulate. There is no problem walking through it, as it is wide, bordered by forest and there is not much traffic.
However, in our choice we only go this way a couple of km and almost the whole route we travel along very pleasant paths or paths.
The original route barely has significant differences, although in our addition there is a steeper descent and ascent that must be taken into account, especially if you are going as a child.
Waypoints
Llac Negre
This lake is called Črno jezero or something that is the Black Lake itself. Although it is of natural origin, the shape it currently has is due to the fact that a little hurry was made to store more water. The aim was to use this to lower the barter on the canal that was built for this purpose. When the water was released, the logs floated and were driven out of the forest. Today we find a very interesting natural environment with a very rich flora and fauna. It will be easy to see ducks around.
Aparcament
The path leads to a road where there is a car park. This road, suitable for vehicles, can reach the place where we started our route in about 4 km. We follow it for a little over 2 km, where we leave it on a path that lengthens the route and is a little more difficult than the section we have followed so far. On the other hand, if you follow the path, in a couple of comfortable km you will reach the starting point.
