Loop trail from Praia Fluvial de Espiunca passing through:
- Gola do Salto (2.6 km)
- Ponte suspensa (4.4 km)
- Ponte de Alvarenga (7.8 km)
- Praia Fluvial do Areínho (8.7 km)
- Cascata das Aguieiras (18.4 km)
- Praia fluvial do Vau (21.2 km)
You have to be careful on which side of the bridge you book your entry, that is why we had to take a taxi and go to Alvarenga than back.
Beautiful trail with awesome vegetation. Weather was 28 degrees in March, don't forget hydratation.
