Itinerary description
Very nice hike! Started from the trainstation along the Ourthe then immediately into the woods. First 15km are almost all climbing inside the forest. Very versatile. Some good path, some very steep rocky terrain. At some point i had to take a road. As the day previously there was a storm and many trees blocked the path. U could maybe take the path. I rested for lunch at the menhir statue. Nice and secluded bit of the path. The last part was the best part! Up top with views over the Ourthe. Again nature prevented me from continuing the way i wanted to. The river flooded the path, over the bridge around km 28. So i had to make a d-tour.
For the mud i give it a difficult! Cause no way you should do this with trainers. Unless its a dry spell.
