Ascent to the Vogel
It starts at Lake Bohinj, a good place to take a dip after the route. Take the cable car that ascends 1000 meters to get to the beginning of the route.
The first section is stony and has descents and ascents. Then it goes up a steep slope along stone paths. There is a step towards the end that has steel cables to help pass it. It has no special difficulty.
The views from the Vogel are breathtaking: 360 ° of mountains below us, with the Triglav showing its might.
Very nice route, although annoying for the knees.
