Itinerary description

This hike is the standard way around Enoggera Reservoir including changes following track reconstruction and leveling in June 2019 and changes with the new track up to Walkabout Creek. The standard exit via the side of the fence from the dam section is still the same.

Beautiful walk with lots of birds and views. However
There was a bit of confusion for us at the end of this trail when faced with locked gates and barbed wire fences near the dam wall about 1.5 km from finish. We went off trail to find a way out.

Nice walk but I agree the end at the dam is tricky. We ended up having to climb through a fence. Also it would be great if the council could add a couple signs as there are a few forks in the road where it's not entirely clear where to go (keep left is the answer).
