Itinerary description
This trial is 13 km long and takes 11 hours to complete including a few short breaks. We have travelled a medium pace.
Biggest part of the track follows the England creek. You will need to complete very steep descent to get there. As there are some waterfalls on the way, sometimes you will need to climb up the bank to avoid giant drops.
There are plenty of different waterfalls on the way. There is no track and we did plenty of bush bashing.
After you leave the creek you will be following the Ridge, more or less to get to the road.
You will have to be very fit to complete this hike as it is remote and physically demanding. Some parts of the forrest is very dense with lantanas and wait-a-while. You will need to wear long sleeve protective clothing. The long parts leading to the creek and from the creek to the road are very hard to navigate.
