Itinerary description
Lovely hike, plenty of shade which was nice. Take water, snacks, decent shoes (some gravel was loose underfoot) and prepare for a steep climb! There are people selling water, sodas, coconuts on the trail. Entrance to the Ella summit is 930 each.
Suggest starting at our finish point Ella station and walking there and back. Trains are slow and loud so you can get out of the way! Much nicer than the road route we took up.
