Take a taxi to the village "El Progreso". In this way you will save at lest 2 hours.

Then take the pathway. It is not marked but it is impossible to loose the trace.

If you like adventure this is definitely the good one.
You will reach a desert playa, just you, sea lions and mantas!
A family of 5 mantas was swimming next to me 1 meters from the seaside.
