Itinerary description
You can park your car right at the entrance of the Ehmej Narural Reserve.
In the first part of the trail, you will be walking among Cedars trees, and after a while, you start your assent.
The place is amazing all year long, but in autumn, it is another thing.
Note that autumn starts in Lebanon, not before the end-October. The colours are simply stunning.
You pass by Cedars, oak and many other trees varieties.
After around 5 km from the starting point, you will get to beautiful rock formations, and from there, you start your descent.
The way down is as amazing as the climb with panoramic views and colours.
The trail is easy to follow.
Most of it is marked, and at a certain time, you cross the Lebanese Mountain Trail - Ehmej section.
Respect Nature and keep it clean.
