Itinerary description
ATTENTION: this treck has some zones where ir comes very close to the edge of the fall (about 10 cm). In some other areas, the cliffs are in bad shape and ready to collapse. This is a DANGEROUS treck to be done with no one less than expert to this type of conditions. You have at least a dozen of places that if you fall, you probably won't survive. Do it at least with one more team member and let people know your location.
Apart from that its an amazing view less than one hour by car from Lisbon City Center. You have transportation from Cascais Train station and you can end there too (its about 1 km more than the end point of my recorded track).
This treck is part of the E9 that spans from Cabo de S. Vicente in Algarve and goes up to Russia, always close to the Atlantic Ocean.

Amazing hike with stunning views!Definitely only reccommend for experts/experiences hikers as the terrain I very steep and technical at times. There is a little bit of navigation required in a few spots, as different trails meet each other, but they mostly go the same way. Don't reccommend if you're not good with heights. I do reccommend walking it in the Cabo da Roca to Cascais direction so that you get the hard stuff done at the start and don't have to wait for a bus at the end. Also best to do when there is little wind and no rain.
Qual a parte pior? Até ao Guincho ou depois, até Cascais?
