Itinerary description
Durdur village (Yibir) Beginner Hike
This hike starts at the top of Yibir Mountain, so if you are camping / visiting nearby this can be a best beginners hike.
There is limited parking space here. Park responsibly as the road leads to the military station ahead.

You need a good strong SUV to reach the top as the road is steep up and down. Take care whole driving as there are many quick hair pin bends with little space for maneuvering. Check the brakes too.
A nice walk around functional village of Durdur that can be extended if needed.
There are lots of trails crisscrossing the Yibir Mountain plateau.
You could extend to reach the True summit of Yibir Mountain itself, which is clearly visible from Durdur village.
Very suitable for beginners. There are some uneven surfaces.
Shoes needed though.
