Itinerary description

My Fitbit said this was 8.34km and it took me 3hrs 05mins.
We completed the hike in an anticlockwise direction.
It starts at the motorhome Aire and follows the road for 2km where you enter the rock climbing activity area just before the small dam.
Here is scrambling and climbing up a rocky outcrop. You don't need ropes but you have to be careful especially if you are not great with heights. My wife can get vertigo and this climb was slow for us but she was ok. She definitely wouldn't like coming down this way.
When you get to the top you take a left following a single woodland steep track with Red Dots on the trees. We lost the track and Red Dots at times but found them again as we kept going in the general direction.
It comes out on to a dirt road. The return is a dirt track that is easily followed.
We considered this moderate because of the rock climbing.
